Precision Metal Works, LLC was established in 1986 as a job shop supplying lower quantity production parts and component repairs for our customers. Through the next 30 years as the number of customers grew and the manufacturing needs increased, PMW expanded to meet those needs.

Building expansion was realized and enhanced machining and fabrication capabilities were added. Powder coating was incorporated to further enhance the company’s ability to provide a turn key product.

Precision Metal Works, LLC is owned and operated by Matthew Muhlenkamp and Tony Singleton. The company now has on staff over 60 employees with extensive expertise in:

CNC Programing & Machining: 18 machinists with tool and die capability

Sheet Metal Equipment Programing & Operation: Laser, Water Jet, Punch & Forming.

Welding: 9 AWS Certified welders with MIG, TIG and Robotic capability.

Painting: Powder Coat and Wet paint capabilities.

Quality Control: Utilizing ISO compliant processes incorporating CMM, Imaging & Absolute Arm measurement equipment.

Manufacturing Management: Owners offering over 80 combined years of manufacturing and management experience.
